The prices below include GST and are for the Sherbrooke and Olinda Packages for weddings to be held in 2024 and 2025.
Prices are $10 higher for 2026. Public Holidays attract a 10% surcharge. Public holiday eves are charged as Saturdays in the same month.

Minimum spend
Whichever Package you choose*, there is a minimum spend that you need to pay which varies according to your preferred month of the year and day of the week, as shown in the table below.
To find out how much extra you need to spend to meet your minimum, simply multiply your expected guest number by the per head price. If you fall under the minimum spend, you can add items from the optional extras to make up the minimum spend. If you have extra guests, you can pay above the minimum spend for them to attend (but note the maximum number of guests we can accommodate is 100)
Example: 78 adults in September 2024 on a Friday total $13,260. A minimum spend of $14,000 applies which mean you have $740 to spend on optional extras to meet your minimum.
You Can Spend That Amount On Any Of Our Optional Inclusions. For Example, $250 To Use Our Bridal Lounge To Get Ready In Prior To Your Ceremony, $200 For The Fairy Light Curtain Wall, decorative options, A Bar Tab For Your Bridal Party, Etc.
Anything can be put towards your minimum spend except accommodation.
And note – the minimum spend on ANY available date WITHIN THREE MONTHS IS $12,000
